This module focuses on the hormonal structure, the mechanism of hormone action and the function of the respective endocrine glands of the human body. The function and composition of the whole blood, production and function of leukocytes, erythrocytes and thrombocytes; and the different blood groups; and the kindney’s function in blood filtration and control of blood volume in the human body.
